Can you tell me the process for placing an order with your company?

You can come by with your plans or a rough drawing of your project. You can email as well as fax them as well.  We will help you select your stone and all available options.  We will then work up an estimate for you.  Once you have agreed to the price we will then do a contract and require a 50% deposit.  You will then be placed on schedule to be templated and then installed.  We are usually booked out anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the time of year. It is very important to choose your granite as early as possible to avoid any scheduling delays.

Do I have to make an appointment to see your showroom?

Appointments are helpful but not necessary.  Without an appointment you may have to wait, if our Salesperson is assisting someone else.

How thick is granite?

Granite as well as most stone is cut at the quarry into 2cm (3/4”) and 3cm (1 ¼”) slabs.

What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit up front in order to hold material and a scheduled date. The remaining balance due at the installation of your completed job.  All tile orders must be paid in full when you place your order.  We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Credit card payments will require an additional fee.

Do I pay for the whole slab, even if I don’t need a full slab?

No, you only pay for the square footage that you use.  Any useable material that is left over is sold as a remnant at a discounted price.  Perfect for smaller bath vanities or other projects.

Are you open on Saturday?

Our office ours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday.  If you need a late appointment please call the office for availability.   We understand that not everyone can make it by during regular business hours, especially those who live out of town.  Give us a call, we’ll be happy to schedule an appointment for you.
